Mon to Fri on a single site in central Birmingham, on the below hours:Week 1: 7AM - 3PMWeek 2: 1PM - 10,00PMWeek 3: 8 - 5PM1 week in 6 call out paying £1350 standby per annum and 4 hours work paid if called*Call out covers the local region beyond the single site this role is nominally based at*Extensive overtime availableExcellent training and further payment once made electrical APHere at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance team aligned against the client's corporate banking facility in central BirminghamHere, working with other engineers, you will complete planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site covering Low and High Voltage Distribution systems, final circuits, standby generators, load shedding equipment, UPS systems. This covers batteries, Earthing and lighting protection, emergency lighting, and security lighting. There will be some managing UPS load bank testing of the UPS batteries. *We are happy to work with a developed Electrician looking to became more familiar with high voltage*There will also be some small mechanical maintenance and fabric jobs, from where you get jobs delivered to your tablet system, and can work with good autonomy to manage and deliver your own work loadThere is excellent training available, and this is a modern, recently refurbished building to work with brand new kitActions will include:Responsibility for electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to WorkEnsure that all electrical equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately.We need from you:Electrical qualifications and some working experience (either install or maintenance)
