EGRC Product Owner | London Market Insurer | 6 Months | £750 - 850 per day (Inside IR35) As an EGRC Product Owner, you will play a vital role in the eGRC initiative, supporting the implementation of a globally aligned enterprise governance risk and compliance tool. This initiative aims to consolidate various eGRC tools and associated processes into one cost-effective and time-efficient model, leveraging IBM OpenPages. You will work closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:Represent the voice of the customer and the organizationDefine and prioritize features in collaboration with business sponsors and stakeholdersCollaborate with the GRS Architecture team to ensure optimal technology supportOwn and maintain the product backlog, ensuring its accuracy and relevanceWork effectively as part of an agile product team, clarifying business requirements and removing roadblocksContribute to portfolio-level planning sessionsCollaboratively build the team product roadmap and consider strategic inputs from business stakeholdersSupport the company's Agile transformation programExperience:Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead focusing on SAAS-related projectsStrong background in Regulatory and Risk Management initiativesFamiliarity with data governance, integrity, lineage, and managementConsiderable industry experience in Insurance, particularly in Specialty and Commercial sectorsProficiency in Agile methodologies and working in Agile teamsAbility to influence senior stakeholders and prioritize complex requirementsExperience managing third-party suppliers and development teamsPlease note that you will be required to work in their offices 3 days per week.So, if you have the right experience, please apply now!
