We provide project management, cost management, strategic advisory and construction integration services.ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This full-time, hybrid position entails close collaboration with the project management and cost teams to successfully deliver outcomes for our clients in residential developments across the UK. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, ranging from large-scale masterplans, build to rent, later living and student accommodation. Additionally, you will work with the Project Lead(s) and have the opportunity to take ownership of specific elements within the projects.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Minimum 2 years' experience of working in the UK construction industry.Project ownership skills with regards to specific project tasksAspiring to MRICS or equivalent qualification in a relevant business discipline.Demonstrate a passion for developing technical knowledge across the project work stages.Focus on attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems.Desire to develop client and other project relationships.Ability to take initiative without guidance.Ability to understand the critical success factors across all project lifecycle stages and be able to manage your role within these stagesDemonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN: Collaboration: Opportunity to work with a diverse team with some of the best cost and project management consultants in the industryCareer Development Planning: We have training and a support structure in placeHybrid working policy: Flexibility to work from the office and homeHoliday: We offer 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
