This role will support product development and execution across our portfolio, with a focus on hardlines and adjacent categories. Occasional travel may be required. This a part time 10 month contract is role based in London, offering up to £50 per hour (PAYE).The RoleAs Product Development Co-ordinator, you will be the key creative point of contact for a group of assigned licensees and partners. You’ll manage the creative review process, provide guidance on asset usage, and ensure that all products align with brand guidelines and legal requirements.You’ll:Guide partners through onboarding and use of internal product development toolsReview product concepts, artwork and packaging to ensure alignment with style guidesCommunicate creative feedback clearly and constructively to resolve design challengesMaintain timely correspondence with internal teams, agencies, and licenseesManage multiple deadlines and ensure contractual approval timelines are metStay up to date with EMEA retail and design trendsWho You AreYou have a keen eye for detail and strong visual judgementYou understand what makes compelling consumer products, particularly in the hardlines spaceYou’re confident providing clear creative direction when neededYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and are highly organisedYou’re a strong communicator with excellent time-management skillsYou have a solid understanding of the licensing landscape across EMEA and globallyYou’re collaborative and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects effectivelyYour BackgroundGood experience in product development, marketing, or licensing within the consumer products industryFamiliarity with the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)Proficiency in English is required; an additional European language is a plusMust be able to work from our London office on a regular basis (flexible attendance can be discussed)Client Description:Our Client is the world’s leading streaming entertainment service.
