With turnover in excess of 65m, 525 employees and a diverse customer base, our business is dynamic and vibrant and we are looking for a commercial and pragmatic Facilities Manager to join our Group Compliance Team. Job Overview: You will oversee the maintenance, safety, and day-to-day operations of our buildings and grounds. Youll be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are fully operational, well-maintained, and aligned with health and safety standards working alongside the compliance department to ensure that all requirements are in line with government legislation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all Group buildings. Coordinate and supervise contractors ensuring that they have been inducted onto site appropriately understanding the emergency procedures, you will be responsible for reviewing their RAs and Method statements for work to be carried out whilst recording them for auditing purposes. Schedule and oversee regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Maintain of supplies equipment. Respond to facility emergencies, including after-hours issues as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a facilities Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations including PUWER and LOLER. Thorough knowledge of HSE guidelines. IOSH managing safety or similar. Ability to work well within a team communicating all necessary information to in the correct manor. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft applications. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions quickly.
