Operations Assistant (Hybrid) Fast-Growing Training & Consulting Startup Location: Poole, Dorset (4 days in-person, 1 day remote) Salary: Competitive Commission Opportunities Job Type: Full-time About Us: Who Dares Group is a specialist training and consulting company built by former UK Special Forces. We design and deliver leadership, team development, and situational awareness programmes that work whether its on the shop floor, in the boardroom, or high-risk environments. As demand grows, were looking to expand the team with someone sharp, proactive, and ready to get stuck in. The Role: This is more than your standard admin job. While youll take ownership of day-to-day operations, you''ll also be part of a fast-moving startup thats scaling quickly. You''ll help keep things organised, support sales efforts, and play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly. Theres scope to grow into new areas of the business including client-facing work, international travel, and commissions on sales you help convert. What Youll Be Doing: Keeping the office running like clockwork scheduling, inbox and calendar management, filing, logistics Supporting the leadership and delivery teams to prep for client projects and events, often meeting with UHNW individuals, and global titan brands Assisting with lead tracking and client communication Helping coordinate domestic and international travel for the team Getting involved in sales support and earning commission for deals you help close Being a key part of a high-trust, high-performance team with a no-nonsense, problem-solving culture What Were Looking For: Financial training (AAT or equivalent) highly desirable Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Someone whos comfortable with responsibility and proactive when things need doing Good communicator (written and verbal) and comfortable speaking to senior clients Solid digital literacy (Excel, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, bonus if youve used a CRM before) Interest in business growth, sales, operations, or logistics well help you level up fast Willingness to travel internationally on occasion (if youre keen not mandatory) What Youll Get: A competitive salary opportunity for commission Hybrid working (1 day remote per week) International travel opportunities Career progression as the company grows The chance to be part of something with real impact working alongside former Special Forces personnel and elite industry professionals, delivering high-performance training around the world
