Job Description

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Advisor to join our Performance, Management, Quality and Audit Team at our head office in Bedford. The role of a Quality Assurance Advisor is to enhance and protect Coparts values by providing the management team with audit results, advice, and performance measurements. You will be required to run reports to ensure that Coparts processes are operating effectively , conduct regular audits on our sites and departments, ensure new initiatives for continuous improvement are rolled out, opportunities to improve are captured and undertaken, and ensure all standards agreed with regulatory bodies and our customer base are upheld. Occasional travel to other Copart locations may be required. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the production of accurate and thorough audit scopes to ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency for all audits as well as being able to identify areas for improvement to ensure that the Copart business continues to deliver a high quality service to our staff and customers across all areas. Carry out Quarterly desk top audits across all Copart operational facilities across the UK and Ireland Ensure regular and robust internal desktop audits are completed across the Copart business, to include Operations departments, Customer service departments, Claims Settlement departments and Complaints departments. Produce daily audits to ensure we are delivering high quality of images and high standards of accuracy for our vehicle auction website. Support the PQR team in focusing on Compliance, Quality and our ISO management scheme, working closely with our external FQR audit team Prepare audit reports that reflect audit outcomes and document progress to be shared with all relevant departments both on a regular basis and ad hoc as required.
