Senior Quality Engineer / Coordinator Teesside (initial period in Paris) Start: April 2025 | Duration: Until March 2027 A leading infrastructure project is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer / Coordinator to join the team, supporting the delivery of a complex, multi-year programme. This is a great opportunity for an experienced quality professional to work across a high-profile international scope, with initial onboarding based in Paris before moving to site in Teesside. Key Responsibilities: Oversee quality activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with internal and contractor systems. Support planning, coordination, and allocation of inspection resources. Monitor performance data, identify trends, and lead interventions when needed. Manage and coordinate inspection processes, documentation, and reporting. Engage with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams. Promote continuous improvement, risk-based assurance, and lessons learned initiatives. Ensure compliance with project standards and HSE requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quality Coordinator or Senior Quality Advisor within large engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality control principles. Proficient in continuous improvement tools and data analysis. Previous QC inspection experience is desirable. Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and reporting systems. Additional Expectations: Ability to attend and contribute to supplier PIM meetings. Familiarity with Tier 1 contractor procurement and inspection workflows. Experience reviewing ITPs, FATs, and vendor inspection reports. Commitment to ethical standards and project-wide collaboration.
