Graduate Development Surveyor (Land Site Finder) Role: You will work as part of a team and assist in the identification and progression of projects across Yorkshire, supporting the team to source and secure new projects, complete a variety of land agreements and assist with the management of the existing development portfolio. Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience: Essential: A recent graduate (or soon to be graduate) with a minimum 2:1 degree; ideally in a related discipline of Surveying, Real Estate, Agriculture or Construction. An active awareness and interest in property development and the built environment. Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communications skills, both verbally and writing. Be able to build strong working relationships. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes both internally and externally. Full UK driving licence is essential due to travel requirement across the North of England. Desirable: Ideally studied or currently studying a RICS or RTPI accredited degree.
