NEW OPPORTUNITY Role: Property Manager Location: Shoreditch, East London Calling all Property Managers Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK''s largest independent estate agents who are looking for a Property Manager to oversee their property management portfolio from their busy branch in Shoreditch, East London. This is a Monday - Friday office based role. Responsibilities: Management of a portfolio of properties Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies Respond to tenants maintenance requests Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements Undertake inspections Organise/oversee refurbishment works Negotiate the prompt return of deposits Deliver excellent customer service and communication Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors Requirements: IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Have a proven background in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry Experience with a portfolio Ambitious, dynamic and motivated Great communicator Excellent time management Full clean UK driving licence a benefit ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum Benefits: Further training opportunities [ARLA] Opportunity to earn bonuses If you are a motivated individual with a passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
