Youll be part of the glue that holds things together a first friendly face people see, an organiser behind the scenes, and part of a team who makes the magic happen If you love variety, thrive on being organised, and enjoy getting stuck in to support a busy team, this could be the perfect role for you. Your Day to Day - Travel & Diary Support Booking travel (sometimes international) Coordinating diaries and setting up meetings Taking meeting minutes when needed Keeping signing-in sheets up to date Reception & Office Vibes Answering calls and greeting visitors with a smile Making sure meeting rooms are prepped and presentable Sorting out catering when required (we do love a good sandwich platter) Occasional visits to other Walker Sime offices to provide on-site support Admin & Office Support Owning the shared admin inbox and responding to queries General admin tasks photocopying, filing, formatting docs Keeping kitchen and stationery supplies stocked Managing office and cleaning orders Updating credit card spreadsheets and chasing receipts Supporting teams and senior leaders with ad hoc requests Supporting our various service lines with admin/secretarial tasks Liaising with suppliers (printers, tech, etc.) Running occasional errands (Post Office run, anyone?) New Starter & Onboarding Support Ordering IT and PPE for newbies Adding new starters to employee benefit systems Coordinating H&S inductions and onboarding meetings Supporting training roll-out for new starters Formatting CVs like a pro Health, Safety & Wellbeing Managing maintenance visits (PAT testing, fire safety, etc.) Keeping noticeboards and H&S info fresh and up to date Helping with annual policy updates Supporting internal wellbeing campaigns and events (from step challenges to cake days we like to keep things balanced) What Were Looking For - Organised, unflappable, and ready to roll up your sleeves A great communicator with a warm, professional approach Detail-obsessed when it comes to documents and formatting Confident using Microsoft Office and tech tools Reliable, positive, and always up for helping other The Walker Sime Promise At Walker Sime, youll be part of a thriving business with a big heart.
