This will be a 3-6-month contract working at their site 5 days a week.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities:Carrying out corrective actions from plans across manual handling, waste management etcLead and develop safety programs to protect employees and meet legal requirements.Work with teams to improve safety culture and reduce workplace hazards.Advise on safety regulations and best practices.Mentor and support the development of the safety team.Monitor safety performance and report on key metrics.Ensure proper waste management and compliance with environmental standards. Key Skills and Requirements:Previous experience of Health and safety within a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Experience with Manual Handling, COSHH, Waste Management etcIdeally previous experience of mentoring/managing Health and Safety professionalsNEBOSH/IOSHRight to work within England For more information, please contact William Hay.
