With a strong growth trajectory and a national TV campaign underway, were looking for a talented Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to take our app experience to the next level.Role DescriptionWere looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep experience in fintech, cashback, or e-commerce apps to lead UI/UX improvements across our mobile and web platforms.Youll be responsible for refining user journeys, improving navigation, enhancing in-app communication design, and optimising conversion across both the app and website to drive engagement and maximise revenue per user.This role is all about understanding user behaviour, motivations, and psychology to design high-performing, intuitive experiences. Youll play a key part in shaping how people interact with Sprive helping them become mortgage-free faster through smart, seamless design.We work fast and iterate often, using customer feedback, behavioural data, and A/B testing to deliver impactful product changes. If you have a track record of designing high-converting fintech experiences and are passionate about making complex financial decisions feel simple and engaging, wed love to chat.Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end UX process for Sprives mobile app and website from wireframes to high-fidelity UI, in close collaboration with a visual designer.Continuously improve app navigation, usability, and conversion rates through insights from user research, behavioural data, and A/B testing.Leverage user psychology and gamification techniques to increase engagement and retentionOptimise website design and flows to maximise conversion rates and drive overall user engagement.Write and iterate on clear, persuasive UX copy across the app and website including CTAs, onboarding, and feature prompts to influence user action.Improve in-app communication design to increase feature adoption and encourage repeat usage.Lead the design and evolution of onboarding experiences to boost user activation and habit formation.Translate insights from interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics into actionable product requirements and feature ideas.Create intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive experiences that make mortgage overpayments and cashback usage effortless.Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless design implementation and pixel-perfect execution.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure design aligns with business goals and customer needs.Champion a user-first mindset, continuously advocating for improvements that balance customer value with commercial impact.What we're looking forMinimum of 5 years experience in UI/UX design, ideally within fintech, cashback, or e-commerce products.Proven ability to design experiences that drive conversion, user engagement, and retention.Strong UX copywriting skills, with a track record of writing persuasive microcopy, CTAs, and in-app messaging that influences user behaviour.Deep understanding of user psychology, motivations, and conversion funnels, with experience applying these principles to product design.Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with teams.Experience using user research methodologies, such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to inform and validate design decisions.Data-driven approach to UX, including hands-on use of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and behavioural analytics tools like Mixpanel.Familiarity with gamification strategies and building habit-forming digital experiences.Experience creating and maintaining design systems and ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers and a visual designer.Bonus: Sprive user with an active mortgage your first-hand experience would be incredibly valuable to shaping our product.Take-Home AssignmentAs part of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a take-home UX challenge.
