We're working with a brilliant brand based in the North West who are on the hunt for a talented individual to join their team and take charge of creating innovative, high-performing products that stand out on the shelves.What you'll be doing:Leading the development of new and exciting beauty and personal care formulations, from concept through to launch.Driving continuous improvement across existing formulations to ensure top-tier quality and performance.Staying ahead of industry trends, technologies, and ingredient innovations to inspire fresh ideas and maintain competitive edge.Collaborating cross-functionally with NPD, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure product excellence across the board.Owning the product development process and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Conducting lab-based experiments, stability testing, and compatibility assessments to ensure formulation robustness.Supporting the scale-up process from lab to production, working closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams.What we're looking for:A background in cosmetic science, chemistry, or a related field.Proven experience in formulating beauty and/or personal care products.A strong understanding of ingredients, stability testing, and compliance requirements.Someone curious, creative, and passionate about innovation in the beauty world.Excellent project management and communication skills.Why join?This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking brand with an exciting roadmap.
