Your primary objective will be to create exceptional and unforgettable experiences for guests, Your key responsibilities will include:Creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that service is prompt and professionalWorking with the Head Bartender and other Bartenders to create classic cocktails that stand the test of timeBeing fully conversant in serving cocktails, drinks, and food to the hotel's standardsHandling complaints in a timely and efficient mannerEnsuring adherence to licensing laws and health and safety legislation.What are we looking for?Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memoriesMotivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environmentHave a passion for cocktails and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner and wants to be challenged and developedBe fluent in spoken and written EnglishDemonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guestsHave exceptional product knowledge, specifically around classic cocktailsBe flexible to work on late shift including weekends and bank holidays.Who are we?We are a 5-star luxury lifestyle boutique hotel located in the heart of Chelsea.
