Hybrid Working in the Following Locations: Edinburgh, Glasgow or AberdeenThe Company:A dynamic Construction Consultancy is seeking Quantity Surveyors at various levels - QS, Senior QS, and Associate - to support major projects in the Power/ Energy and Renewables sector as well as Nuclear projects in Scotland and across the UKThis is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career while working on high-profile energy projects, including renewables, high voltage transmission as well as Nuclear sector projectsWhether you're an experienced professional or looking to step into a leadership role, you'll contribute to shaping the future of the energy industry while enjoying a supportive, flexible working environmentThe Role: Lead commissions and oversee cost management deliveryManage contract change processes and ensure compliance with governance and best practicesProvide commercial guidance to clients and stakeholdersDrive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting accuracySupport the professional development of junior team membersQualifications/ Requirements: You could be working as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager for either a Construction Consultancy, Contractor or working Client side - Must have strong understanding/ working experience of NEC3/4 contracts focussing on Infrastructure projects (could be Utilities, Highways, Aviation, Power/ Energy/ Renewables, Nuclear or similar sectorEducation: Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant disciplineProfessional Memberships: Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or working towards similar (desirable)
