I am currently seeking a perm Plant Administrator / Transport Administrator for work with a specialist plant company in West London .This role would include but not be limited to the belowData Management, including maintaining employee records on the databaseLiaising with internal and external departmentsResponding to incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient mannerDealing with queries and investigating any discrepanciesEnsure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company PoliciesMaintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance logs, and driver logs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.Track data for the transport planning team, organising abnormal load notifications across the UKEnsure compliance with transportation laws and regulations, including safety standards, weight limits, and licensing requirements, to uphold the company's commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.Identify and resolve transportation-related issues in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to implement effective solutions.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the transportation function, contributing to the overall optimization of logistics operations.Any other ad-hoc duties as requiredThe Ideal Candidate will havePrevious experience as a Administrator, Coordinator, Logistics or similarPrevious experience within construction, fleet, rail, civils or similarProficient in Microsoft Office2x ReferencesIf you are keen apply now or for more information please contact Sam Jaffe at Cavendish.Cavendish (Recruitment) Professionals Ltd are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we believe that inclusivity begins with the candidate experience.
