You need to be enthusiastic about teaching and excited to go the extra mile to ensure that students get the absolute best experience possible.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering our GCSE Maths programme via video call (a mixture of small group and 1:1 classes) from pre-prepared lesson plansCommunicating with parents to discuss student progress (via email, phone and video call)Organising and delivering additional 1:1 catch up sessions with struggling studentsUsing free periods to cover other tutors sessions when absence occursMarking student tests and providing feedback on workCollaborating with the team to ensure our programme continues to be the best on the marketRequirementsRight to work in the UKSTEM degreeAt least 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience (with students in the UK) and solid understanding of the UK education systemValid DBS certificateStrong, verifiable track record of above average student resultsConcise, coherent and approachable tuition styleLaptop and a touchscreen tablet with penStrong wifi connectionPositive, enthusiastic and charismatic personalityWilling to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to changeStrong written and verbal communication skillsHas a great sense of urgencyProactive not reactiveSalary32,000 p.a.BenefitsReferral programmeFully remote workCoworking/office allowanceLocationFully remote, as long as the time zone fits the availability requirements below.
