Over four decades, the charity built a trusted voice, created invaluable national housing datasets, pioneered FirstStop Advice with government support, and reached millions through its HousingCare.org platform. HousingCare.org, is a testament to their commitment, attracting approximately 14,000 visits on weekdays and 9,000 on weekends, with the retirement housing directory receiving around 5 million unique page views annuallyDespite the end of government funding in 2016, EAC has sustained itself with entrepreneurial spirit, stable income streams, and deep goodwill from across the housing and care sectors.Now, with backing from key stakeholders and a committed Board of Trustees, they are investing in leadership renewal.
