Quantity Surveyor | Belfast Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Main Contractor on the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor. The ProjectYou will be travel between two sites in Monaghan and Drogheda, and use the Belfast office as your base Your new roleAs Quantity Surveyor you will:Review Construction drawings Prepare and obtain material and subcontractor quotesNegotiate with suppliers to manage budgetsComplete monthly valuations and final accountsMonthly reporting to management What you'll need to be successful as Quantity SurveyorDegree level education in surveying is ideal, but applicants with other educational backgrounds are welcomeStrong experience with a main contractorPublic works, JCT and NEC contract experience What's in it for you?The successful candidate will receive a fully expensed vehicle and health care as additional benefits.
