The RoleWe are recruiting an HR Business Partner to be part of the newly established Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR).Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on and delivering Talent management, helping the ICRIR build capability through talent reviews, inclusion and diversity strategies, performance processes and capability plansSupporting managers, identify training needs and advise on development issuesEngaging senior leaders to identify, track and address people related issues and risksProactively planning and advising on effective change management in the HR spaceCollaborating across teams to develop effective diversity and inclusion initiatives that will enable the ICRIR to flourish with a diverse and engaged workforceSupport senior leaders to plan employee engagement interventions that will drive increased capability and performanceSupporting the senior HR BP to develop a people strategy for the ICRIRWorking with senior leaders to support them in role modelling our culture and valuesProviding expertise to facilitate learning and development solutions creating a continuous learning cultureWe welcome the unique contribution diverse applicants bring and do not discriminate based on culture, ethnicity, race, nationality or national origin, age, sex, gender identity or expression, religion or belief, disability status, sexual orientation, educational or social background or any other factor.Person specificationQualificationLevel 5/ Associate CIPD or working towardsEssential CriteriaLevel 5/ Associate CIPD.Experience of identifying and implementing continuous improvement in HR practices.Experience of confidently, concisely, and effectively communicating with a wide range of stakeholders on policy compliance (at all levels).Highly credible HR professional experience with a strong client focus.Experience in coaching and influencing senior leaders and managers.Experience in partnering with managers to conduct training needs analysis, informing the organisations learning and development strategy, and promoting career progression and retention.Experience in supporting equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, including supporting managers with completion of equality impact assessments.Demonstrate the values set out in the ICRIR code of conduct.Desirable CriteriaExperience in using a range of analytical toolsWillingness to be assessed against the requirements for CTC clearance, if not already clearedPlease ensure you have provided reasons for any gaps within the last two years.
