As part of the Fundraising and Engagement Team, youll help grow the charitys supporter base and income supporting the future of wildlife across the UK. About the RoleAs Membership and Individual Giving Officer, youll support the development and delivery of campaigns that attract, inspire, and retain supporters. Youll help drive membership growth, support cash appeals and community fundraising, and play a key role in delivering a fantastic supporter experience.Youll also be one of the first friendly voices supporters hear answering enquiries, responding to donors, and making every interaction count. Key Responsibilities Supporter EngagementBe the first point of contact for fundraising and membership enquiries via phone and emailEnsure timely, warm, and personalised responses to all supportersHelp create and send engaging fundraising and stewardship emails Membership GrowthAssist in delivering exciting membership acquisition and retention campaignsCoordinate data uploads and track low-level giving schemesHelp manage member records within the CRM to ensure accurate supporter data Individual Giving & Campaign SupportSupport in the planning and delivery of cash appeals (digital and direct mail)Assist in managing the Butterfly Conservation Weekly LotteryHelp deliver community fundraising products and initiativesSupport stewardship processes and ensure all donors are thanked and updated on impact Data & ReportingMaintain accurate records of donations and supporter activitySupport Gift Aid processes and provide data to the finance teamReport on campaign performance and supporter trends What We're Looking ForThis role is ideal for someone who is:Friendly, approachable, and highly organisedA strong communicator with excellent attention to detailConfident using CRM systems and digital toolsPassionate about supporter care and fundraisingExcited to help protect butterflies, moths and the natural world Whether you're already in a supporter care or fundraising role or looking for a meaningful career step if youre ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference, please apply below or contact Marcus at Practicus!
