If so, this role could be perfect for you!The RoleMy client is a leading provider of engineering and construction services to the UK transmission and distribution sector, delivering high-profile projects across the country. With a secured workstream for years to come, they are seeking an experienced OHL Project Manager to join their expanding team.You will be responsible for delivering large-scale 132/275/400kV OHL projects across Scotland and the UK, initially supporting major projects in the Scottish central belt and Argyll & Bute. The role involves managing projects through their full lifecycleensuring safety, financial compliance, and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the successful delivery of multi-million-pound overhead line projects.Manage project planning, risk & change management, budget control, and cash flow.Lead and support project teams to meet key program milestones.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Liaise with clients, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), and subcontractors.Apply industry best practices to ensure high standards in project execution.Whats in It for You?Exciting, meaningful projects shaping the future of UK energy.Flexible working options, including hybrid/remote work where relevant.Competitive salary with regular reviews.Flexible benefits package, including 33 days annual leave, pension, private medical cover & life insurance.Commitment to professional development, with tailored career plans.Global networking opportunities with industry leaders.What Were Looking ForEngineering qualification (Degree/HND/HNC) or equivalent industry experience.Project management qualification (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent).SHE qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH) desirable.Experience leading OHL projects at 132/275/400kV.Knowledge of DNO standards and NEC contract frameworks.Ability to lead project teams and resolve site challenges proactively.Strong financial, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.Full UK driving licence.
