Associate Solicitor Real Estate LitigationDispute ResolutionWaterfront Office, Brierley HillFull time, permanent opportunity We are looking for a practical individual to join Talbots as a Solicitor within Real Estate Litigation for our Dispute Resolution Team, with at least 2 years experience of Residential, Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes. As a Solicitor, you will be dealing with a range of property disputes to include pre-action and the service of notices, court proceedings and ADR. Whilst managing own caseload and assisting more senior members of the team on high-value and complex litigation matters. What you need: To have at least 2 years qualified experience within property litigation, managing own caseload across a variety of matters.Excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure and navigate around the court rules, competent in making and defending interim applications and conducting their own advocacy.Passionate about giving outstanding client care to clients and referrers with strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.If this sounds like the role for you then please apply today by sending your CV to careers@talbotslaw.co.uk.
