Senior Commercial Manager Grocery - Remote ContractINTRO:Henderson Brown is delighted to announce an exclusive partnership with a renowned UK Manufacturer. Our client has a legacy of providing the high-quality products within FMCG made from the finest ingredients straight into UK retail. OVERVIEW:This role is going to be challenging as well as extremely rewarding, you'll be required to be the leading figure on a number of accounts with a category-leading brand and business. They are an extremely professional operation with strong supply routes internationally and, specifically and importantly, the UK. They have strong future growth potential therefore, this brand new role has been signed off as a consequence of this increased need and desire for growth. The individual will need not only to be a first-rate commercial manager who understands brands, but also someone who has the ability to push ahead with new customers and build new business.As a result, they are being quite specific in whom they are looking for, first class commercial management skills are taken as read, but they want energy, they want enthusiasm and they want someone who is knowledgeable of the grocery sector and can deal not only with day to day account management issues with existing customers but someone who can spot other opportunities with new customers and develop the strategy to engage with these further. You will have a history of sound judgment in this channel and be able to develop relationships quickly with potentially a new number of buyers, all with different requirements.
