Residential Conveyancer - Full-Time Location: Ashford, Surrey Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm Competitive Salary (DOE) + Benefits A well-established and respected law firm is seeking a talented and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The firm has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services with a personal touch, and it is now looking to expand its conveyancing department with the addition of a dedicated and capable professional. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgages and transfers of equityLease extensionsNew build purchases and Help to Buy schemesShared ownership mattersUnregistered titlesLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals throughout the process Candidate Profile The ideal applicant will have:At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancingA strong technical understanding of conveyancing processes and relevant legislationThe ability to manage files independently from instruction to post-completionExcellent communication and client care skillsA proactive and commercially aware approachA willingness to participate in business development and client relationship managementStrong organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency in using legal case management software
