Through the years we have paved the way in the luxury dining scene, acquiring some of the most iconic venues in London and beyond, venues such as Bluebird Chelsea, 100 Wardour St, Quaglinos, 20 Stories, Orelle and South Place Hotel.A bit about what you will be doing:As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our third-party listings, representing D&D London (Soon to be The Evolv Collection) to a wide range of external agencies and partners. You will play a key role in ensuring our venues are showcased in the best possible way, negotiating favourable terms, and supporting the delivery of agency-led revenue.This is a fast-paced and commercial role, requiring excellent communication skills, strongrelationship management and a sharp eye for detail. You will support the Head of Sales tooptimise agency performance, enhance client satisfaction, and build awareness of our venuesthrough engaging events and strategic marketing support.Reporting to the Senior Group Management Accountant the Group Finance Assistant will be responsible for all transactional aspects of the cash & bank, debtor and deposit areas of the balance sheet, ensuring timely completion of daily and month-end tasks, working alongside the full finance function and operational teams to ensure provision of accurate accounts and reporting to the business.Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all third-party agency listings across the group, ensuring venuevisibility and brand alignment. Negotiate commercial terms, including listing fees and commission structures, tomaximise profitability. Organise and host regular showcase events to promote venues and build relationshipswith agency partners. Support the Head of Sales in forecasting agency-driven revenue and trackingcommission payments. Improve and maintain high-quality brochures, proposals and templates used by agencypartners. Lead a seamless handover process for agency bookings to internal teams, ensuringexceptional client satisfaction. Regularly analyse and report on agency revenue performance and provide actionableinsights. Identify and pursue new opportunities for third-party collaborations and partnerships. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and agency platforms to ensure competitivepositioning. Represent D&D London (soon to be The Evolv Collection) at industry events, trade shows, and client-facingopportunities.Key Requirements: Proven experience in a similar national account management role within hospitality,events, on-trade or FMCG. Strong negotiation skills with confidence managing commercial agreements. Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical skills, with confidence in financial forecasting and reporting. Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Passionate about hospitality and excited to represent a premium brand portfolio. A collaborative approach and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience managing on-trade or agency accounts, ideally within hospitality or events. A commercially astute, data-driven professional who can balance detail with big-picture thinking. Strong brand ambassador skills confident in presenting, networking, and buildingrapport. Creative and strategic, with an eye for opportunities to elevate the brand and driverevenue.
