Job Title

We are looking for someone to head up marketing and community building for onezero. You could be a seasoned marketing lead or fairly new in the area, with a passion for community, energy and climate who can help develop our business into 20 communities over the next few years.This role will be a mix of hands on and strategic as we are a young company we need everyone to take practical action. It will also be a mix between in real life events and community building and digital community building so it requires someone who likes a diverse working life.ResponsibilitiesLeading our outbound marketing strategy, working with the foundersDeveloping and delivering our community engagement processBuilding onboarding pathways for different user groups (homeowners, trades, affiliates)Social media leadershipPodcasts and short filmsManaging the websiteCoordinating IRL eventsWorking on new area launchesReporting on campaign successesPR and mediaSupporting regional community teamsInterface with digital teamQualificationsWe expect you will have a relevant degree, and some specialist knowledge.Great organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse team of in house and external support.A passion for story telling and inspiring people to make change.
