Kured Search have exclusively partnered with a rapid growth SME Health Technology organisation currently looking for an experienced Product Manager who has a proven track record across the full product lifecycle in NHS-facing products, particularly in Healthcare SAAS.As the ideal candidate, you will have:Commercial Go-to-Market Strategy Experience: You will have successfully led and contributed to go-to-market strategies for NHS-facing products, ensuring a clear path to market adoption.Agile Development Coordination: Youll be working closely with Agile development teams, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of product features, as well as collaborating across business functions.Stakeholder Management: A critical part of your role will involve liaising with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, navigating their needs and driving alignment between teams to ensure product success.Full Lifecycle Expertise: You must have experience managing the product through its entire lifecycle from ideation and development through to launch and beyond.Healthcare SAAS Experience: Experience working with Healthcare SAAS products is essential. Youll have a solid understanding of the intricacies involved in developing and scaling digital healthcare solutions within the NHS environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features.Define and manage go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales and marketing teams.Coordinate development efforts across Agile teams while ensuring alignment with broader business goals.Manage relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, gathering feedback and refining product offerings.Ensure product success and performance metrics are achieved post-launch.Required Experience:Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically within NHS-facing products and Healthcare SAAS solutions.Deep understanding of clinical and non-clinical workflows within the NHS and healthcare environment.A track record of working across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to commercial delivery.Strong background in coordinating Agile teams and working with cross-functional departments.Experience in developing and executing commercial go-to-market strategies.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in healthcare through innovative technology.
