You will get direct training from the Network Talent Co-Founders, who will personally teach you the theory and best practices thatll shape you into an excellent sales person. With a definitive career progression plan in place and an industry leading uncapped commission scheme, we are fully invested in ensuring both personal & financial success for our employees.Role & ResponsibilitiesSource appropriate candidates from across the technology space via channels including LinkedIn, market research and incoming referralsInterview and shortlist candidates for various sales vacancies with some of the hottest SaaS companies globallyManage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of candidate interactionsBuild your own personal brand via social media channelsWrite engaging job adverts to attract the right talentEducate candidates on vacancies, companies and the market to increase their chances of securing a jobTake and share interview feedback with candidatesBuild long standing relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experienceWhat we need from youGraduateDrive and ambition to be successful and progress with the business into more senior positionsResilience to have challenging conversations and overcome knock backs and objectionsRelationship building skillsCollaborative team player who buy in to and promote our company valuesSociableWhats in it for you?Circa 22,000-25,000 basic salary, OTE 40,00012-week onboarding planContinuous training and development with the founders, learning best practices and recruitment methodologiesClear progression plan from Recruitment Consultant to Team Lead to Sales ManagerUncapped commission schemeMonthly socials (Flight Club, Urban Golf, Go Ape, Dinner at The Shard etc.)Spin the wheel per deal (prizes include; 500 bonus, 2pm Friday finish & team breakfast)Mobile phone & laptop25 days holiday + birthday off + bank holidaysPensionRegular team lunches & early Friday finishes
