Production Team Leader Day Shift -Huntingdon, PE28 Full-time, weekly paid, 46 guaranteed hours per week Pay: up to 13.80 per hour depending on experience full-time, permanent, and weekly paid Circa 30,009 per annum Six-month fixed-term contract with the potential for a permanent position Location commutable from Peterborough, Huntingdon, St Neots, Thrapston, etc Shifts: Day Shift, 4 on 4 off, 07:00 - 19:30 From 12.45 to 13.80 p/h depending on experience What youll be doing -Production Team Leader Day Shift, Huntingdon, PE28, Cambridgeshire You will play a pivotal role in managing, leading, and inspiring Production and Machine Operators to run one of our production lines You will also advocate for best working practices by ensuring colleagues follow correct safety procedures and work alongside Quality Control to ensure the freshness of products. You will make active decisions in a fast-paced environment, regularly check KPIs, and suggest alternative ways to improve the efficiency of the line. You will promote a safe space for colleagues be a valuable team player in contributing to the Acompany culture and motivate your team to excellence. You will complete daily reports such as administration, report any breakdowns, and liaise with your Line Manager about any inefficiencies on the line. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely results. Demonstrative experience to adapt to environments and make quick decisions, such as responding appropriately to solve problems.
