You will be joining this 20 Solicitor strong practice dealing with a broad mix of litigation work which includes: Property Litigation Shareholder/Director disputes Breach of Contract claims IP/IT litigation Construction disputes Professional Negligence Contentious Probate Insolvency/Debt Recovery matters Any additional experience with either Employment Law or Complex Injury claims would be an added advantage. Candidates should have a background working for either an established regional or London practice and be motivated, business-minded, and willing to contribute to the future development of the department/firm.
