Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to further expand the existing team. Candidates must have a valid Visa to freely travel to and from France and the UK. Main Responsibilities: Assist the Private Chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen, including but not limited to inventory management and food preparation. Maintain good relationships with all vendors and handle the procurement of ingredients. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Prepare ingredients, cook meals if needed, and ensure dishes are presented according to the Private Chef's expectations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Job Requirements: Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in multiple languages, including Chinese, English, and French, is preferred. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
