Senior HR Business PartnerFife based (mainly on-site)12-month fixed term contractSalary: £50,000 + benefitsWe're working exclusively with a growing UK-based organisation to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. With multiple sites and unionised operations across the UK, this role offers the opportunity to play a lead role in HR strategy, workforce transformation, and supporting major contract mobilisations.Join during an exciting period of growth to include recent acquisition activity and upcoming high-profile contract wins. This role will act as the HR lead on major projects such as:TUPE transfers and workforce onboardingContract mobilisation for new operations launching in the autumnSupporting collective consultations and change programmesLeading on complex ER cases and union engagementYou will lead a small team of HR professionals and provide hands-on guidance to operational stakeholders across the business. Working closely with senior management, you’ll help deliver a people strategy that supports the successful integration and development of employees in both traditional and remote operational settings.What we’re looking for:Proven experience in a senior HR generalist or business partnering roleStrong understanding of UK employment law, TUPE, and HR complianceTrack record in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planningExperience in a unionised and/or regulated environmentStrong stakeholder management and the ability to coach and influence senior leadersConfidence working across multiple locations and leading HR elements of change and transformationThis is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR leader to make a tangible impact, while helping shape the culture and operational success of a growing business.
