Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Threat & Requirements Manager to support a major defence programme. This role will focus on threat management, requirements coherence, and ensuring the Golden Thread across programme layers. You’ll work at the heart of a complex, high-profile environment where evolving threats demand clear thinking and decisive action. This is an opportunity to directly influence strategic outcomes and guide stakeholders across the defence and intelligence communities.Location: SwindonWorking structure: 2/3 days onsite, 2/3 days remote Type: Full-time, fixed term contract or Permanent Clearance: Must hold DV clearance and UK nationalityKey Responsibilities: • Lead on requirements coherence and the Golden Thread from URD to delivery • Update and manage the programme’s Threat Annex • Organise and support Threat Forums and Working Groups • Engage with MOD stakeholders and SMEs for threat and requirements inputs • Provide expert advice on IBM DOORS, requirements maturity, and threat integrationWhat You’ll Bring: • Strong experience in defence or intelligence, ideally ex-military or a defence consultant • Expertise in threat assessment, mitigation, and systems engineering • In-depth knowledge of MOD requirements processes • Confident communicator with presence – able to influence senior stakeholders • Able to work across a complex, high-level stakeholder environmentDue to the sensitive nature of this project, only limited details can be shared at this stage.
