Training and L&D Assistant, Food ManufacturingWest YorkshireUpwards of £30,000Opportunity for a Learning and Development professional based in West Yorkshire to join a leading food manufacturing business as they grow their operation.As Training and L&D Assistant you’ll report into the HR Manager for a successful food manufacturing business.Due to an internal promotion, my client is now seeking a professional who has worked in an L&D role for a UK Food / FMCG manufacturing business. You’ll need to be confident and have experience of coordinating, managing, and administering on-the-job training. You’ll be able to identify new training opportunities for improvement them across the business and be able to grow the role as needed.My client is part of a global business that is going through a period of growth and change, they have long-standing partnerships with their customers and they supply leading retailers and foodservice businesses.
