JOB - ICA Technician LOCATION - Maidenhead TERM - Permanent SALARY - £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (plus benefits)Premier Engineering is working with a leading engineering company based in Maidenhead that is looking to hire an ICA Technician to support their operations. Experience within the water industry is highly desirable.The ICA Technician will ideally have the following attributes:Proven experience in Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (ICA) rolesStrong electrical and control systems knowledgeExperience working within the water or wastewater industryRelevant qualifications in electrical or control engineering (e.g. NVQ, HNC, HND, or equivalent)Ability to diagnose faults and carry out maintenance, calibration, and installation of instrumentation systemsKnowledge of SCADA, PLCs, and telemetry systemsStrong understanding of health and safety standards in industrial environmentsExcellent communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licenceThe ICA Technician role will involve:Installing, maintaining, and repairing instrumentation and control systemsSupporting operational teams with the upkeep of automated processesDiagnosing and resolving technical faults on electrical and instrumentation systemsPerforming routine calibrations and adjustments to maintain system accuracyWorking on a variety of ICA systems within treatment plants and pumping stationsEnsuring compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulationsCompleting all relevant documentation and reportingIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and salary expectations.
