Engineering Project ManagerEdinburghWe are proud to be working with a well-known, reputable and established biscuit manufacturer that are looking for an Engineering Project Manager in their Edinburgh office to ensure that their capital projects are delivered on time, within budget and meets the defined scope.ResponsibilitiesMange the delivery of site capital projectsDefine project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine tasks and required resourcesCreate and manage communication plansSupport other members of the project teamManage budgetsAllocate project resourcesCreate schedule and project timelineTrack deliverablesLead quality assuranceMonitor and report on project progressPresent to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutionsImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsEvaluate and assess result of projectComply with health and safety/ food safety regulationsAvailability to travel when required(The duties described here may be adapted to meet the needs of a changing organisation and therefore is expected to evolve in line with the organisation.)RequirementsDegree educated or equivalent with a strong technical backgroundProject Management qualification (Prince2) or equivalentTheoretical and practical project management knowledgeKnowledge of techniques and toolsExperience as a project manager > £1M BudgetExperience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change managementProficiency in project management software toolsExperience in the Food industry is desirable.Experience of managing projects across a multi-site businessExcellent planning and organising skillsStrong interpersonal skills, including an ability to deal with conflict and tackle the service provided by contractors and suppliersFlexible/ embraces change/ challenges the status quoExcellent communication skillsExperienced with AutoCAD desirableIf interested, please give me a call on 07350421503 or email
