Investment Banking VP M&A Advisory (Bulge Bracket IB) Generalist sector coverage across EMEA (M&A). Our client, a Bulge Bracket investment bank, is actively hiring a VP (level depending on experience) to join their EMEA M&A (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London.Requirements for consideration6 years experience working in a full service (ideally Bulge Bracket) investment bank in London. Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.Excellent Financial modelling and analytical abilities.Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately M&A deal execution focused.
