Our client is looking for aGeneral Sales Manager(GSM)to lead their sales efforts across multiple divisions, includingUK Sales, Export, GEDA, and Laser & Fabrication . This is a new and exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company where you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our clients market reach. AsGeneral Sales Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and growing our clients sales operations, ensuring each department meets its targets while maintaining strong leadership within the team. Your role will be a mix of strategic planning, team management, sales performance monitoring, and marketing coordination. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implementsales targets and growth strategiesfor all sales divisions. Createsales forecastsin collaboration with each team and communicate them to production in a timely manner. Monitor and evaluatemonthly sales performanceacross all divisions. Presentsales reports, performance updates, and strategic plansto the board. Trade Shows & Marketing Coordination: Identify, plan, and overseetrade shows and exhibitions , ensuring strong brand presence and lead generation. Liaise withinternal and external marketing teamsto develop and execute promotional campaigns. Good salary plus company car/allowance.
