Want to work in a hospital with access to CT, advanced ultrasound scanning, blood gas analysis, endoscopy, an exotics team and an array of certificate holders? Highcroft Veterinary Hospital may be what you have been looking for. We are looking for another full time vet (part time hours considered) to work a mixture of consulting, operating, inpatient and twilight shifts. We would however be happy to look at a consulting only and twilight emergency shift pattern if you prefer. You will be supported by a large team of vets including certificate holders in cardiology, imaging, surgery, ECC, ophthalmology, exotics and medicine; while also working with our experienced vets, many of whom have stayed since graduating. Our nursing team consists of many experienced nurses who have additional training. We have our own out of hours service at the hospital with many of the day vets choosing to be part of the twilight and night team which keeps us a cohesive team and ensures a smooth patient journey. The proposed rota consists of an average of 38 hours per week, one in 5 weekends and a set day off per week.
