The role will also include responsibility for gathering strategic insight data to produce high-level detailed reports for senior stakeholders/senior managers in respect of all e-recruitment campaigns and activities. The Senior HR Advisor–Recruitment System will also have responsibility for maximising financial and resourcing efficiencies across the Resourcing function by driving forward the development of a multi-functional e-recruitment system. This role will also drive operational planning and decision making for current and future e-recruitment activities across all Resourcing functions, including Police Officer, Staff Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Transfers, Assessment and Workforce Planning.
