We're looking for an experiencedFood & Beverage Supervisorto lead our hospitality team and help create an unforgettable guest experience at our cutting-edge venue. Job Overview As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in managing our food and drink offering, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll supervise a small team, manage stock and rotas, and help shape our exciting menu. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead front-of-house and kitchen staff during service Create staff rotas and manage shift coverage Oversee stock levels and place orders with suppliers Assist with menu creation and pricing strategy Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring a high standard of service Ensure the bar and kitchen are cleaned down and maintained to hygiene standards Work closely with the management team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in a supervisor or team leader role within hospitality or food & beverage Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Able to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary of £30,000 per year Exciting and unique working environment Opportunities for growth within a brand-new UK entertainment venue Be part of a fun, friendly team bringing something totally new to Sheffield How to Apply Send your CV todavid@ We encourage early applications as interviews will be held on a rolling basis.
