We’re building the best manufacturing company in the world—and we want you to be a part of this journey!We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Workflow Scheduler to step into a pivotal role, ensuring seamless production workflows and contributing directly to Origin’s industry-leading ‘On Time In Full’ (O.T.I.F) delivery performance.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Keep Things Moving:Manage the flow of work orders into production, preparing work sheets, attaching CADs, and ensuring cutting operators have everything they need. Adapt and Conquer:Handle real-time scheduling changes to meet sales requests, all while keeping production lines running smoothly. Be the Link:Collaborate with suppliers, track deliveries, and evaluate performance to guarantee top-notch materials arrive on time. Coordinate like a Pro:Work with warehousing to ensure every material gets where it needs to be, right when it’s needed. Fine-Tune Details:Analyze work orders for special requests and ensure all instructions are crystal clear and ready to go. Streamline Processes:Support machine programming tasks by liaising with the Project Engineer to provide accurate work order details. Go Above and Beyond:Assist with additional administrative tasks that make our operations world-class.Who we are looking for: A can-do attitude with top-notch organizational skills. An eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in working with multiple teams to deliver exceptional results.
