PrettyGreenis looking for a Creative Strategist to join our growing Influencer and Social Team. Someone who understands our mission to deliver creative communications that positively impact people, planet & performance. THE ROLE As our Influencer Creative Strategist, you’ll be the brain behind the brilliance – dreaming up smart, culturally spot-on campaigns that get audiences talking, brands noticed, and content that’s impossible to scroll past. You’ll sit within PrettyGreen’s Influencer & Social division (aka the team that makes influence actuallymeansomething), working closely with our Studio team (creative, strategy, insights) and our lovely client delivery crew to shape bold, platform-native campaigns. This is a mid-level role for someone who knows their way around an influencer brief, has a sixth sense for what makes a great creator idea, and genuinely lights up at the thought of cracking a strategy that earns its place on the moodboardandthe awards shelf. Whether it’s a standalone influencer activation or a big integrated brand moment, you’ll help us make it meaningfully Less Ordinary. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Strategy & Development Lead the thinking on influencer campaigns – shaping strategy from the spark of an idea through to execution Translate audience insights, cultural trends and platform behaviour into smart, creative and measurable plans Collaborate with our creatives, insights team and client partners to deliver fully joined-up, through-the-line thinking Data, Measurement & Reporting Use performance data and platform analytics to inform your work (and challenge assumptions) Co-create meaningful KPIs and measurement frameworks with our paid and reporting leads Help evolve our approach to proving effectiveness – because we believe great strategy should be feltandmeasured New Business & Client Growth Be a key part of new biz – interrogating briefs, shaping pitch strategy and helping us win new fans Work with our team to spot opportunities to grow existing accounts with proactive, insight-driven ideas Get involved in agency marketing efforts – from writing thought pieces to shaping creds and taking the mic when needed Culture, Trends & Tools Stay on top of the things people care about – from platform updates to creator culture Help the wider team understand what’s now, what’s next, and what’snever again Champion the right tools and tech for the job, and support the team in using them well WHO YOU ARE You’ve got around 4–5 years’ experience in influencer strategy, talent marketing, or social-first content You’re equal parts ideas person and insight nerd – you love a sharp deck and a satisfying framework You collaborate well with creative teams, talent managers, and clients – and know how to bring out the best in all three You’re plugged into creator culture, emerging platforms and all things social – you’ve probably screen-shotted at least three TikToks this week You care about quality – you believe strategy isn’t just what you say, it’s how you say it You want to help shape something – this role is part of a growing division, and your voice will help steer the ship COMPANY BENEFITS We care about the people who work for us and offer a generous and flexible benefits programme with the aim of making your life at PrettyGreen as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.
