We are seeking an experienced and motivatedWarehouse Team Leaderto support the day-to-day operations and workforce management for our valued client. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in team supervision or coordination to make a real impact within a busy and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader: Manage and effectively handle temporary workforce attendance, including absence and sickness Monitor and support staff performance on the shop floor Prepare client reports and capture key operational data Ensure temporary staff on-site are supported, engaged, and working efficiently Run staff inductions for new starters Maintain and build business relationships with the client and internal teamsRequirements for the Warehouse Team Leader Role: Previous experience in a similar role (Team Leader, Onsite Coordinator, or Supervisor) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other systems Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask Flexible and adaptable with a proactive, can-do attitude Customer service or administration background is desirable Flexibility is key for this role.
