The Junction health Centrehas an excitingnewopportunity for eithernewly qualifiedorexperienced GP covering 8am8pm Fridaysto join our friendly, well-established practice. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and high quality patient care, with routine appointments at 15 minutes. This unique role presents an excellent opportunity for aqualified GPwho would like to work closely with the management team to deliver a safe and efficient service. This is a family-friendly NHS GP Surgery with8,300 registered patientsand an Access Hub service. The services provide the community ofWandsworthwith treatment and advice for a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries and long-term conditions.We also provide the usual range of primary care services, including immunisations, women's health, health promotion/screening etc.The Practice is an active member of thePrimary Care Network (PCN)and is involved in new projects to improve the delivery of Primary Care. The PCN has recruited several staff through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme comprising ofPhysiotherapists, Pharmacists, Paramedics, Physician Associates, Social Prescribers and Associate Psychologists which has improved patient access. Main duties of the jobWhat you will need GMC registration certificate and inclusion on the GP Performers List with a valid CCT. Experience to confidently manage acute and chronic presentations for both adult and paediatric patients, with a proven ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care. Excellent listening and communication skills, with experience of urgent care assessment and good IT/keyboard skills. What you will get: Offering £11k per session, dependant on experience Private pension contribution List size of 8500+ patients with a broad range of patient age and health needs. High achieving practice with respect to patient feedback, targets (QOF/ES) and CQC rating (good). Modern premises with excellent transport links. Excellent team of 3 salaried GPs, clinical pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, paramedic practitioners, practice nursing team and HCA Mentoring support for newly qualified GPs. Active PCN and ICB participation. EMIS WEB practice.
