Damp & Mould Maintenance Operatives Locations: SW2 South West London Van and Fuel card provided; must have full UK Driving licence £16.39 per hour PAYE or £23.28 per hour via Umbrella 40 hours per week - long term ongoing roles Social Housing Maintenance & Repairs We are currently looking to recruit Labourers with damp and mould experience working on social housing properties. Job Description You will be responsible for carrying out damp & mould treatment in social housing properties. You will also be required to complete associated repairs and basic maintenance. The Successful Applicant will have: Previous experience working in a general maintenance/labouring role. Experience undertaking mould washing. A valid driving license.
