We're looking for anElectrical Operations Supervisorto lead and oversee a dynamic and growing team delivering high-quality electrical services, including innovative energy solutions like EV charging and solar PV installations.What You'll Be Doing:Supervision of electric vehicle (EV) charging and solar PV (photovoltaic) installations Oversight of all electrical installs and house rewires Management of responsive repairs and planned maintenance programmes Ensuring all inspection and testing works are completed to current standards Leading and supporting a team of qualified electricians and apprentices Monitoring compliance with health 'safety, quality, and regulatory standardsWhat We're Looking For:Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in Inspection & Testing Experience in supervising or managing electrical teams Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and renewable technologies (EV/PV)Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
