As they continue their journey, they are seeking a passionate, hands-on Brand & Digital Manager to join the close-knit team and lead the evolution of the brands. The Job A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of Scotland’s most revered independent Scotch Whisky producers for a Brand and Digital Manager based at their head office in Coatbridge. The Role This role represents an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to join the GlenAllachie team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand & Digital Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand strategy and online presence. The person will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a consistent, compelling, and distinctive identity and messaging across the company’s portfolio of brands. Key Responsibilities Brand Management Develop and execute brand plans in line with company goals. Oversee the development and evolution of the brand’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity, developing the brand stories and key messages to ensure global alignment. Lead the execution of product launches, campaigns, and collaborations. Manage and evolve brand guidelines. Develop toolkits for global audiences, creating materials, presentations, and guides to support product launches, campaigns, and market-specific activity. Work collaboratively with NPD, sales, and production teams to align messaging with product launches and seasonal campaigns. Manage external creative and PR agencies. Compiling monthly & annual reports. Digital Marketing Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across social media, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), email campaigns, and SEO/SEM. Create and oversee content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and digital campaigns. Create and implement innovative digital content, including blogs, videos, and digital activations that align with the brand’s storytelling. Oversee all social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, consistent with brand messaging, and designed to grow the community. Assist with the company’s e-commerce platform and identify growth opportunities. Analyse digital performance (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly. Compiling monthly & annual reports. Campaigns & Communications Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Create launch plans for new products and limited editions. Collaborate with PR partners and internal comms teams to support storytelling. Represent the brand at whisky events when needed. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in a brand and/or digital marketing role (spirits/FMCG/luxury a plus). Proven ability to lead brand development and digital marketing projects. An understanding of social media, paid ads, email marketing and e-commerce. Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop compelling, on-brand content. Experience managing external agencies and budgets. Excellent written and visual communication skills. A passion for whisky and authentic storytelling. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Experience with Wordpress. Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Photography and/or videography for digital/social use. Familiarity with the whisky industry or heritage brands.
